Application
The next application phase findet Anfang des Sommersemesters 2023 statt. Während der Bewerbungsphase kannst Du uns bei einer unserer Veranstaltungen, wie After Work Drinks, CV Checks oder vielen mehr, sämtliche Fragen zu icons stellen, oder einfach unsere Mitglieder kennenlernen. Für deine Bewerbung benötigst Du deinen aktuellen CV and a letter of motivation..
Assessment Center
After reviewing your application documents, we will invite you to the Assessment Center which lasts around six hours. On this day, you will have the opportunity to gain experience for future job interviews and convince us of your personality and your way of working. Of course, it may happen that your appointments prevent you from joining us on the application days. In this case, you can simply enter this information in our application form. If we like your application documents, we will invite you to a separate appointment. However, experience has shown that the application days are the best opportunity to convince us of your skills.
Fellowphase
Following the Assessment Center, you will be informed whether you have been accepted into the Fellow phase and will receive extensive, individual feedback. The Fellow phase is the final stage before you are accepted as a full icons member. As a Fellow, you will receive Trainings, induction and Workshops will carry out your first consulting Project with an external company. The aim of the Fellow phase is for you to actively integrate yourself into the association and to develop intensively on a personal and professional level. Due to the steep learning curve, it involves a high workload. During this time, as a Fellow you can demonstrate your commitment und deine Motivation while getting to know our members.
Fixed admission
After joining the association, each member joins one of our 7 internal departments. To ensure a great learning effect and flexibility members can change departments at the end of each semester. In addition to the departmental tasks, everyone in the association gains valuable experience through external project work with real companies, Workshops with numerous cooperation partners and the mentoring program with our alumni network. The sense of community in the association is also strengthened by regular Team team builds, in which every member can participate.
