icons members are characterized by a high level of commitment, their constant willingness to learn and their motivation to take on responsibility. As we are constantly realizing projects and ideas, we welcome commitment and a hands-on mentality.

Teamfit

Our members have a wide variety of personalities and interests. What they have in common, however, is a high level of commitment, determination, strong communication skills, the ability to work in a team and a creative and open-minded way of thinking and working. We work together as a team.

Application procedure

Application

The next application phase findet am Anfang des Wintersemesters 2024, vom 23. September bis zum 12. Oktober (Graz bis 13.10), During the application phase, you can ask us any questions about icons at one of our events, such as after-work drinks, CV checks or many more, or simply get to know our members. For your application, you will need your current CV und ein kurzes letter of motivation..

Assessment Center

After reviewing your documents, we will invite you to the assessment center, which will last approximately six hours. On this day, you will have the opportunity to gain experience for future job interviews and to convince us of your personality and your way of working. Of course, it can happen that your appointments prevent you from joining the application days. In this case, you can simply enter the information in our application form. If we like your application documents, we will invite you to a separate appointment. However, experience has shown that the application days are the best opportunity to convince us of your skills.

Fellowphase

Following the assessment center, you will be informed whether you will be accepted into the fellow phase and receive extensive, individual feedback. The six-week Fellow phase is the final stage before you are accepted as a full icons member. As a Fellow, you will receive comprehensive Trainings, induction and Workshops and will carry out your first consulting project with an external company. The aim of the Fellow phase is for you to become actively integrated into the association and to undergo intensive further training on a personal and professional level. It therefore involves a very high workload. During this time, you can demonstrate your commitment and motivation as a Fellow while getting to know our members.

Fixed admission

After joining the association, each member joins one of our seven internal departments. To ensure a great learning effect and flexibility members can change departments at the end of each semester. In addition to the departmental tasks, everyone in the association gains valuable experience through external project work with real companies, Workshops with numerous cooperation partners and the mentoring program with our alumni network. The sense of community in the association is also strengthened by regular Team team builds, in which every member can participate.
