What do you have to do to join the "aspire-program"?

Come to one of our events during our recruiting phases! At some events, you will automatically be given the opportunity to join the "aspire" program.
You can find up-to-date information about our events on eventbrite. eventbrite.
An event doesn't fit into your schedule right now? No problem either! If your profile stands out during our application process at the beginning of each semester, you will also be given the opportunity to be included in the "aspire" program.
Neither relevant? Then simply apply directly for the aspire program with an unsolicited application.

What is the difference between an aspire membership and an icons membership?

The "aspire program" is the perspective education program of icons - consulting by students. While you are an integral part of our team as an icons member and actively work on consulting projects, you can already get a taste of icons in the "aspire program", but are not yet an active icons member

Who can be accepted into the "aspire program"?

Students from all disciplines can be accepted into the aspire program. The prerequisite is that they are Bachelor students up to and including the 4th semester (Vienna: up to and including the 3rd semester).

How do I submit an unsolicited application for the "aspire program"?

Are you keen to gain new impressions and want to experience lots of icons of spirit right at the start of your studies? Then let's get started. Simply submit your documents via our online portal and we will get back to you. Your current CV is required, including details of your grades.

How long will I stay in the "aspire program"?

The aspire program is designed to give you the opportunity to start your career at the beginning of your studies and provide individual support. Membership of the aspire program is limited to 3 semesters.

How do I apply for an icons membership as an aspire member?

As a member of the aspire program, you have the unique opportunity to gain initial insights into the association even before you join icons. You can always apply for a permanent membership of icons at the beginning of each semester during our application phase via our application portal. You can find more information on our social media channels.

Will I automatically be invited to the icons Assessment Center through the aspire program?

Through the aspire program, you will learn early on in your studies what is important when applying for icons. Nevertheless, we need your current CV and a letter of motivation when you apply for icons and therefore cannot automatically invite you to our assessment center.
