Please complete the application form and upload your CV plus relevant certificates (e.g. university certificate, school-leaving certificate, internship records) as one combined PDF file. For Graz, you do not need a separate motivation letter.
The current deadline is October 18, 2026 at 11:59 PM. After the deadline, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you whether you are invited to our assessment center on October 24 – 25, 2026.
What should your short answers cover?
Instead of an additional motivation letter, you will answer three short questions in the form so we can get to know you better.
- How would you like to contribute at icons, and what would you like to learn or develop?
- How do you see yourself in a team – what do others particularly value about working with you?
- How do you recharge after a demanding week?
