Application journey
Application Process
Application
The next application phase starts at the beginning of the winter semester 2025. During that phase you can meet us at events such as After Work Drinks or CV checks, ask all your questions and get to know our members. For your application you need your current CV and a short motivation letter.
Assessment Center
After reviewing your documents we invite you to our Assessment Center, which usually takes about six hours. On this day you can convince us with your personality and your way of working. If you cannot attend one of the application days, we can also schedule an individual slot.
Fellow Phase
After the Assessment Center you will be informed whether you are admitted to the fellow phase and receive detailed, individual feedback. This six-week phase includes trainings, onboarding and workshops, as well as your first project work.
Full Membership
After admission, every member joins one of our departments. To maximize learning and flexibility, departments can be changed at the end of each semester. You will gain project experience, workshop practice and grow through regular team activities.
