Submit icons pilot project for spring 2026

Using the following form, a pilot project for the summer semester 2026 fellow phase can be submitted until March 20. All framework conditions, the pilot project flyer and the registration form are available on this page.

It is possible to submit more than one pilot project. However, each pilot project must be submitted separately via this form.

The framework conditions for a pilot project are as follows:

• The project brief should be clear and easy to understand. Two to three paragraphs are sufficient so the fellow can clearly understand the task.
• The project scope should be clearly defined. During the project, no unexpected growth of tasks should occur.
• The expected workload should be approximately 40 to 80 hours for the fellow, including concept development, deliverable execution and presentation preparation.
• Fellows should be intellectually challenged and should not only perform routine tasks.
• Clear deliverables are recommended. Up to three deliverables can be entered in the form.
• To ensure equal opportunities for all fellows, adjustments may be requested before project start. The client should be reachable for this.
• Pilot projects are assigned on April 6 and the final presentation takes place on May 18. For questions, it is helpful if the client is available from April 1 to May 18.
• If the project is carried out successfully, please make a solidarity contribution of €300-€800 depending on your satisfaction.
• There is no guarantee of successful project implementation.
• It is not guaranteed that a project will be selected by a fellow, as only a limited number of pilot projects can be assigned.
