What do we expect from your free text?

Your answer to the application question is a key part of your application. It gives us insight into your personality, capabilities and what makes you unique.

Please structure your application text as follows:

1. Introduction (2-4 sentences): Briefly reflect on the moment you knew you wanted to apply to icons.
2. Main part: Describe one situation in which you went the extra mile although it was not expected of you.

Your text should not exceed 200 words. Be creative, honest and passionate.
